Refund on iOS
If your transaction was successful, you would have received an invoice. Does your order number start with “MK”? This means you subscribed through Apple’s App Store. Transactions on iOS are managed solely by Apple. All transactions including refunds are directly done by Apple, not by Aisle.
Hence, we cannot offer support for refund requests related to Apple transactions, but you can reach out to Apple directly. To request a refund from Apple, visit their website or follow the steps below:
- Go to iTunes on a computer
- Click on your Apple ID
- Select Purchase History
- Find the transaction and tap Report Problem
Refunds for Android / Google Play / Transactions via other payment gateways
In this case, we can review your request for a refund if you could provide us with the following information regarding the transaction:
- The reason you are requesting a refund
