Phone number login
To keep your account safe, we require an OTP verification when you log in to Aisle using your phone number. If someone were to attempt to access your account using your phone number, they wouldn't be able to login successfully without the OTP verification code that’s sent to your phone.
We highly recommend that you never share these codes/passwords with anyone.
However, if you observe any unusual activity in your account, like messages being sent or photos being uploaded, which weren't done by you, then here are a couple of things you can do to ensure your account's safety.
1. Go to your profile> click on Help Center> Click on Support> Enter the details
2. Share the details of why you feel your account has been compromised. Please share the screenshots of the actions done which weren't done by you (messages, updated photos etc.).
3. Please share your new phone number, so that your account can be transferred to the new number. Also share your Govt. Id proof, existing phone number and new phone number for us to confirm your account.
4. Log out of your present account, and login again with your updated phone number once you receive a response from us that your number has been updated.
